Our goal is to use computers and technology to enhance and reinforce learning from Kindergarten through 8th grade. With hands-on experience in charter, public and private schools in New York City and Connecticut, Educate has a proven track record in planning and using technology to support instruction in schools.

We work collaboratively with teachers and administrators to build, enhance and support their curriculum using each school’s existing internet and computer technology infrastructure.

Educate is looking to hire and train classroom teachers in the core subjects (mathematics, reading, science/social studies) or special subject teachers as Technology Coaches. Tech Coaches collaborate with and train K-8 classroom teachers on how to use technology to create and teach engaging lessons in mathematics, reading, science and social studies.

Required Skills• Experience teaching K-8 classes in mathematics, reading, science and social studies• Strong collaboration and communications skills; including past success working with teachers and principal(s) on projects• Experience using computers and standard software packages and willingness to learn new programs• Self-motivated work style .BA required .MA in Education a plus. 

Teacher’s Certification is not required.
